UA RULES AND REGULATIONS

Art Rules -

NO: Profanity, Pornography, Suggestive Elements, Racial/Religious Slurs/Slander.

This goes for all pieces and even forum posts, the occasional curse is allowed but when reaching excessive levels or when it offends a member of good status action will be taken.

Becoming and Artist -

Just because you register does not entitle you to automatic promotions or anything, everyone has to submit a form in the artists applications area regardless of level or status, even the Admins have. This is to sort you into the appropriate level according to your skills and talents.

Art Theft -

I don't care who you are or what you think you did to make the piece your own Art Theft is PROHIBITED! To all Artists that have one of your pieces stolen by a member of ours, please report them on site and action will be taken immediately following conformation of the theft.

We are not thieves and we will NOT tolerate any such action. Anyone who ignores this rule will be IP banned and blacklisted, or whatever the artist in question that owns the piece requests within reason.

Art Packs -

By submitting a piece to one of our art packs you are agreeing that if it is selected as a feature we have the right to use it in the banner and on the front of the packs preview.

Credit will be adequately given to the artists and this is a way to promote your work.

These rules are subject to change, but warning will be given prior to this to all current members via newsletters and forum news.
